Annual General Meeting and
Nominations for Executive Committee
According to the constitution nominations for the executive committee must be submitted at least 28 days before the meeting.
For a nomination to be valid it must be proposed and seconded by a non-committee member of Edenbridge U3A and the nominated person must be a current member of Edenbridge U3A.
If you wish to nominate a member please submit the relevant nomination form by 30th June 2015 to:

1. If there are insufficient nominations, appointments can be proposed at the meeting.
2. Notice of the AGM will be sent by email if the member has an email unless the member expresses a wish to have the notice sent by post. Members without an email address will have the notice sent by post.
